All keys require approval from your supervisor or principal investigator (PI - usually, but not always, a faculty member). Please use the attached form and have it signed by your supervisor or PI before coming to the business office.
Physical Keys vs Aggie Access:
Veihmeyer, Hoagland, Academic Surge all use metal keys for interior and exterior doors. Meyer Hall and PES use AggieAccess Mobile Credentials or Aggie Access Cards for building entry. Meyer Hall and PES interior doors, with some exceptions, use physical keys.

Getting AggieAccess Mobile Access or Card
0) You can request either Mobile credentials or a card, not both.
1) Fill out the form here: https://aggieaccess.ucdavis.edu/request-credentials
2) Once you have your mobile credentials or your card, contact metropurchasing@ucdavis.edu to have us add you to the proper doors.
